Where were you born and where do you currently live? I was born in Bogotá, Colombia and I now live in Montreal.

At what age did you start skating and how old are you now?I started at 13, and I am now 26.

Your current set up? I ride with Them Wknd skates, Cymatics antirockers, Martin Danning wheels from Orange Wheels.

What motivates you to skate? It lets me express myself, it gives me a sense of freedom and it allows me to meet lots of beautiful people.

What or who inspires you in skating? The diversity of styles and possible tricks.

Do you have a favorite movie section or a favorite skating movie (I know, it's an old school question...)? All the videos related to The Cayenne Project.

Challenges you face while skating? It's difficult/confronting for me when I want to achieve something and it's not exactly the way I want it, but at the same time that's what makes me better and it's taught me to be patient and control my emotions.

At what age did you start skating and how old are you now?I started riding at 15 and have 33 candles on my birthday cake right now.

Where were you born and where do you currently reside? I was born in Ormstown, yeeeehaaaaw! I live somewhere in the 450. Try me paparazzi!

Your current set up? I ride Mesmer TS2s with Them frames and Dead 58 mm flat wheels.

What motivates you to skate? Money, success and the X Games. Sometimes I find screws or 25 cents.

What or who inspires you in skating? Heel-rolls, stairbashes, wallrides and fast, jazzy stuff. Basically... Dominic Bruce'S skating and Jet Set Radio.

Do you have a favorite movie section or a favorite skating movie (I know, it's an old school question...)? Oli Short's section in Face the Music. Otherwise, more recently, BRAINGOD from Abibas Activewear was a true multisensory experience. It’s better than going to the spa and costs less.

Any challenges you face in skating? Winters that are too long and bearings that break...I go through an average of 3 sets per year (no kidding).

Other passions than skating? Synthesizers and musical recording. It sounds like this: “Boom-tss clap-tss!, Boom-tss clap-tss!, Boom-tss clap-tss!, Boom-tss clap-tss!” »

Where were you born and where do you currently live? I was born in Montreal and I still live here.

At what age did you start skating and how old are you now? I started skating at a very young age (probably around age 4 ) while playing hockey. I then started skating in aggressive inlines at 13 and I am currently 32.

Your current set up? My skates are Them Pat Ridder model. My frames are FLT4 and my wheels are Orange Wheels This Wheel is Orange (55/92).

What motivates you to skate? Fame and money. No, I like being able to let myself be guided by movements that inspire me. What I find is learning to be patient with myself.

What or who inspires you in skating? The friends I skate with inspire me, especially POURTOUR! Otherwise, I am inspired by the skating strokes of certain hockey players (Mike Matheson and Lane Hutson among others haha), by movements I observe here and there.

Do you have a favorite movie section or a favorite skating movie (I know, it's an old school question...)? There are too many to list here. Growing up, I compulsively listened to Colin Kelso's section of Freestyle Rolling to the point where I thought about it absolutely all the time. The Mindgame films had a big impact on me, particularly Accidental Machines and Bang. Charles Nantel's section in What is Dstructure? was incredible and I was obsessed with everything Gabriel Hyden did and still does. Recently, I find the work of Mike Torres, Sean Kelso and Andrew Nemiroski admirable.

Challenges you face while skating? Finding the POURTOUR. Skating at the taz in the winter time is quite terrible. Filming. Learning to deal with myself, understanding and accepting what I can and can't do.

Other passions than skating? Ornithology, political thinking, care techniques, filming, editing, learning.

Anything you'd like to add? We spend almost all of our time moving around, not actually doing tricks. The part of skating I find most enjoyable is simply rolling, turning, braking and playing with these essential elements.

At what age did you start skating and how old are you now?I started skating in urban rollerblades around the age of 6 and skatepark rollerblades when I was about 10. I am now 300 years old (no, I'm 20).

Where were you born and where do you currently reside?I was born in Providence, USA, but grew up in Switzerland and currently live in Montreal.

What is your current set up? I ride Remz Brian Shima freestyle with 55mm Cosmos wheels. No, I ride Roces M12 pomegranate with a black soulplate, FLT4 frames (the best) from Ground Control and Cymatics Julien Cudot 58mm wheels.

What motivates you to skate? For me, it's a way of letting off steam, creating and expressing my emotions. I skate to express my art in a way that pleases me. Of course, there are friends too ;)

What or who inspires you in skating? I really like skating videos that aren't entirely focused on the tricks, but more on a whole aesthetic that comes through the video, the location, the clothes worn etc. Skiing stuff also inspires me a lot.

Do you have a favorite movie section or a favorite skating movie (I know, it's an old school question...)? Hahaha, really old school… I don’t think I have a favorite. I like what Joe Atkisnon has done, but also the work of the Kelso brothers or the Mesmer company for example.

Any challenges you face while skating? Not really... Yes, it hurts to hurt yourself. Yes, it can take 2 hours to manage properly landing a trick, but I love skating as a whole, including the bad parts.

Other passions than skating? Yes and no, I have a lot of interests that I try to link with skating (fashion or photography and video), but it's hard for me to get so involved in another passion as deeply than skating.

Something you would like to add? Thank you Solo Inline and the Montreal community for welcoming me and supporting me, you are the best <3

Your current set up? My boots are Them Bacemint <3, my flat wheels are Dead x Bacemint, and my frames are Them.

What motivates you to skate? I love the feeling of freedom I get when I'm out there. It's always been like that for me... it gives me the ability to escape. I also love the creativity in the sport given by the fact you can always explore different tricks and styles... You can always play!

What or who inspires you in skating?Freedom! And the legend Fabiola Da Silva.

Do you have a favorite movie section or a favorite skating movie (I know, it's an old school question...)? It's okay, I'm 100% old school haha. I've got a few: Mike Johnson in EGO, Brian Aragon in EGO, all the Chris Haffey sections, Julian Bah in Hashassins.

Anything you would like to add? Skating is rooted in my heart! Very proud to be part of the SOLO team!
