Return policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Store returns
To make a return to the store, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Store returns are free at our Montreal store.
Returns by mail
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
To return a product, you must mail it to: 4306 rue Sainte-Catherine Est, Montreal, QC, h1v1x9, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
You can also write us an email with the mention "return" and we will be happy to send you a return label electronically. The return costs will however be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
It is possible to exchange an item in the store for free.
You are responsible for the shipping and return costs for an exchange by post. We offer a $ 20 mail-in exchange solution that covers return of merchandise and reshipping. Write to us by email to initiate an exchange of an online order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Replacements (if applicable)
