We are proud to present the 2023 edition of the Montreal Cup:

Solo Inline and LowLife organize a big urban celebration for skating: the Montreal Cup. This event takes place on the Promenade Ontario, in the Hochelaga district of Montreal, Canada. There will be competitions on a skatepark course designed especially for the event, initiation activities in certain disciplines and a luminous stroll at night in the streets of Montreal. Several international athletes are expected.

There will be something for everyone :

  • Thrill seekers will be delighted to participate or watch competitions on skatepark modules;
  • The curious will be able to learn about the sport or some lesser known but very popular disciplines (roller disco, light parade, etc.);

We are preparing a program during Labor Day weekend, from Friday September 1 to Sunday September 3, 2023, with competitions for all age and ability categories, demonstrations of the different disciplines of our sport (roller dance, derby, aggressive, Wizard, maybe even circus!) and lots of fun in store.

The Montreal Cup is the largest skating event in Canada in 2023 and a great opportunity for visibility for our sport. We obtained a grant from the City of Montreal to build a course (skatepark) on Promenade Ontario, between Darling and Davidson specifically for the event. Our event is part of a summer program of more than 100 events that will take place throughout the summer, making Hochelaga one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Montreal this summer!
