Shipping & Pickup Policy
Shipping Within Canada
We offer fast and reliable delivery across Canada on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated once the order has been shipped:
- Greater Montreal: approximately 1 business day
- Quebec & major Canadian urban centers: 1–3 business days
- Remote areas and certain regions in Canada: 2–7 business days
For most orders:
- Quebec & Ontario: typically delivered within 1–2 business days
- Rest of Canada: typically delivered within 2–3 business days
Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operational delays, customs processing, peak seasonal periods, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Boutique Solo Inline is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including postal strikes, severe weather, customs delays, or credit verification processes.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day whenever possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping rates
Canada
- Free shipping on all orders of $149 CAD or more (before taxes)
- $15 CAD + taxes shipping fee for orders under $149 CAD
Applicable provincial taxes are calculated at checkout.
United States
We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 CAD for all U.S. orders.
International orders
For shipments outside Canada and the United States, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note:
- International delivery times cannot be guaranteed
- Customs processing may cause additional delays
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping Address & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including:
- Apartment or unit numbers
- Building names
- Business names (if applicable)
- Buzzer codes or access instructions
- Relevant delivery instructions
Carriers may leave packages in:
- Mailrooms
- Lobby areas
- Concierge desks
- Community parcel lockers
- Other designated delivery areas within the building
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure and accessible.
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, Boutique Solo Inline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Carrier proof of delivery will be considered confirmation of successful delivery.
Delivery recommendations
To help reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the parcel, such as:
- A workplace
- A concierge or reception desk
- A trusted neighbor
- A carrier pickup location
Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us because:
- the address provided was incomplete or incorrect,
- the package was refused,
- or the package was unclaimed,
The following conditions apply:
- A $15 CAD + taxes fee may be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs
- If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a $20 CAD + taxes reshipping fee will apply (Canada only)
Free shipping on orders over $149 applies to the original shipment only.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us open a claim with the carrier, we may request:
- Photos of the package and/or damaged item
- A description of the issue
- Carrier confirmation or tracking details
We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever applicable.
Order verification & fraud prevention
Boutique Solo Inline reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- We are unable to verify the billing information associated with the payment method
- The shipping address differs from the billing address and additional verification cannot be completed
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
Additional verification may occasionally be required before an order can be shipped.
In-store pickup
Customers may also choose to pick up their order directly at one of our shops: (when inventoy is available)
Simply select “Pick up in store” during checkout.
Pickup Preparation ime
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared. You will receive an email or phone confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.
Required documents for pickup
For security reasons, customers must present:
- A copy of the invoice (printed or on mobile)
- The credit card used for the online purchase
- Two pieces of photo ID
Boutique Solo Inline reserves the right to refuse the release of an order if the required documents cannot be presented.
Policy Update
Boutique Solo Inline reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Pickup Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
